Brought you by Adrian and KEVIN then coming here for over 10 years bought a brand new Camaro and I’m getting some exhaust done. They’re gonna take excellent care of me. Great place and awesome work, frankly car is way to quite now so will return but any shop that will work on a 56 Plymouth is amazing in my books. Staff was great and they did it in a timely manner.

Staff members were nice. But the parts prices had over 100% mark up. I was told I could supply my own parts. The day I had my appointment I gave them the parts. I was then informed there’s an extra $100+ charge on labor because it was a bundle price estimate. It doesn’t show the discount on my estimate. In addition to that they doubled the price for connecting pipes. I was also quoted 3 hours labor for installation but they took less than hour in a half, I know this because I waited for my car. In my opinion very deceitful business practice especially when I was referred by a friend who used to work there. 👎

They were able to get me in the same day and had the repairs knocked out quickly and cleanly. professional from the moment I arrived, taking the time to inspect everything thoroughly. I can’t say enough great things about Ed Hanson’s Muffler Service. I brought in my 2020 BMW M4 CS because I had several exhaust leaks, and from the moment I arrived, everyone there was an absolute pleasure to work with. I had the opportunity to meet Rafael, who was incredibly approachable, knowledgeable, and helpful, but what really stood out to me was that the entire team treated me the same way. Everyone was welcoming, easy to talk to, and genuinely willing to help. On top of the exhaust leaks, my cat-back exhaust was actually sliding in and out, which appeared to be caused by potentially incorrect clamps that had been used previously. They took the time to inspect everything properly, correct the issues, and make sure the exhaust system was properly fitted, leak/op check good, the area is FOD free, and secure before I left. They also went above and beyond by custom cutting a skid plate to help protect the oil cooler on my car. That was something I really appreciated because it showed they weren’t just focused on getting me in and out, they were willing to take the extra time to make sure the car was properly taken care of and protected. What I appreciated even more was what happened after the work was completed. The gentleman who personally worked on my car, whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch because I was honestly so excited to see everything finished, made a point to bring me over and show me exactly what he had done. He walked me through the work, showed me how everything was positioned, and made sure I could see that the exhaust was lined up properly, straight, secure, and sitting exactly how it should. That meant a lot to me because it showed a level of transparency, pride, and attention to detail that you don’t always get from a shop. Instead of simply handing me the keys and telling me the job was done, he wanted me to actually see the quality of the work for myself. I really appreciated that. As someone who enjoys working on my own cars whenever I can, I’m pretty particular about who I trust to work on my cars. After this experience, Ed Hanson’s Muffler Service will absolutely be the first place I go anytime I need exhaust work or any work that’s beyond my skill level and knowledge. I’m genuinely grateful that I found these guys. Great people, excellent workmanship, transparency, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service. They’ve definitely earned my trust and my future business. Highly recommended!
